Krego Data Privacy Policy

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

When you use the Krego Services, we may collect and process the following information about you:

1. Information You Give Us. When you use the Krego App, we will access your Blaggo Account and use the same credentials when you log in. When you created your Blaggo Account, we collected your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, photo, username, encrypted password, and other registration information.

2. Information We Collect About Your Device. Every time you use the Krego App or visit our sites, we may automatically collect the following information:

   • Type of mobile device you use;

   • Unique device identifiers;

   • Information about your SIM card;

   • Mobile Network Information;

   • Device's Operating System; or

   • Device location and time setting.

3. Information Retention. We only retain personal data collected for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.

TRACKING AND COOKIES

1. Mobile Tracking Technologies. We may use mobile tracking technologies and/or website cookies to distinguish you from other App, App Site, or Service Sites users. We do this to provide you with a good experience when you use the Krego App or browse any of the Service Sites and allow us to improve the App and our Service Sites.

2. Cookie. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree to the use of cookies. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are needed for our website to work properly. They are mainly used to figure out which documents belong to you. They are not used to track you.

4. Analytics. In order to provide the best service, we use analytics tools to understand how users behave. For example, suppose we notice that many users leave the website without actually using it. If this happens, we will investigate to discover why and eventually make the service easier to use. Note that analytics tools are anonymized and aggregated: we have no idea of who you are or what you personally did with our website.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

1. We use the information we collect to carry out our obligations, communicate about our products and services, operate our business, and pursue other company interests.

2. We may use information held about you for the following purposes:

   1. providing, improving, and developing our services;

   2. researching, designing, and launching new features or products;

   3. presenting content and information in our Services in the most effective manner for you and for the device you use;

   4. providing you with alerts, updates, materials, or information about our services or other types of information that you requested or signed up to;

   5. complying with laws and regulations applicable to us in or outside of the Republic of the Philippines;

   6. responding or taking part in legal proceedings, including seeking professional advice;

   7. communicating with you and responding to your questions or requests;

   8. compiling statistics relating to our user base or loan portfolio and may disclose such information to any third party for such purposes, provided that such information will always be anonymous; and

   9. all other purposes directly related or incidental to the above.

3. We may combine the information we collect from you and the ones we receive from other sources. For example, we may use your information and the combined information for the purposes we set out above.

STORAGE AND DATA TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

1. When you submit your data, you agree that we collect, transfer, store, or process your data in the manner set out above. On our side, we take reasonable security measures in treating, storing, and processing your data according to this Policy.

2. In using the Krego App, your Blaggo chosen password is used to access the features of the App and other related applications. If necessary, we will provide you a password for an initial login with the idea that you need to change your password after the first login.

3. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

4. While we will do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted to our Service Sites. Any transmission of information via the internet (which is not completely secured), shall be at your own risk.

5. We may transfer or store the data we collect from you to a location other than the country you created your account.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

1. We may disclose some or all of the data we collect from you when you use our Services, i.e., download or use the App.

2. We will keep your personal data confidential but you agree we may provide and disclose the information to:

   1. any member of Krego, our partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, and holding company;

   2. to credit reference agencies;

   3. personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institution and service providers in connection with our operations or services (for example staff engaged in the provision of support services);

   4. our overseas offices, affiliates, business partners, and counterparts (on a need-to-know basis only);

   5. persons under a duty of confidentiality to us;

   6. persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations or to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or requests from a court, in or outside of the Philippines;

   7. persons or authorities under the Lupon Tagapamayapa, in cases of barangay conciliation proceedings;

   8. actual or proposed transferees of our operations;

   9. to third parties, if we sell or buy any business or assets (Third-Party Buy-Out), in which case we may disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

   10. in cases where we need to enforce our Terms of Service to investigate potential breaches or report default on loans to any credit bureau; or

   11. for statistical purposes relating to the use of the Krego Services, in which case all information is aggregated and made anonymous.

YOUR RIGHTS

1. While you have agreed and consented to the use of your personal information for our purposes mentioned above, you have the right to:

   1. check whether we hold personal data about you;

   2. access any personal data we hold about you;

   3. require us to correct any inaccuracy or error in any personal data we hold about you;

   4. prevent such usage by notifying us that you do not wish to disclose such information within ten (10) days of being informed of the proposed use; and

   5. request that we remove any data about you that we hold (unless we must store that data for legal reasons).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

1. We may amend this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy shall be posted on our Site or where appropriate.

2. In addition, we will notify you when the updates take effect once you log onto the Krego App. The new terms may be displayed on-screen, and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of the App or the Services.

3. Continuing to use the Krego App or any of its Services after the changes come into effect means that you agree and consent to be bound by the revised Policy.
